1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at chatwrightai.com or subscribing to any ChatWright service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
ChatWright provides custom AI chatbot design, deployment, and optimisation services for small and medium-sized businesses. Services vary by plan and are described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Prices may change with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at chatwrightai@gmail.com.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
- We may offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing up or contacting us.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt our services.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access.
6. AI Disclaimer
ChatWright uses artificial intelligence to power chatbot responses. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific situations. You are responsible for reviewing chatbot outputs before deployment and for any consequences arising from their use. We do not guarantee that our chatbots will achieve any specific business outcome.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on our website are owned by ChatWright and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom chatbot configurations built for your business remain yours upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase your project as a case study unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatWright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
